Shipping policy

 

RECALL currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please allow 5–7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. RECALL is currently a small business, and each order is packed and shipped personally. I also work a full-time job, so I would rather give you a realistic processing window than promise shipping times I can't consistently meet.

Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information using the email or contact information provided at checkout.

During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to communicate that with you.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it.

International shipping, Alaska, Hawaii, and other destinations are not available at launch. Because fragrance is an alcohol-based product, expanding shipping requires additional carrier and shipping considerations. We hope to revisit this as RECALL grows.
